Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible and will be treated as a return instead.
  • To request cancellation, please email us at info@idhufashions.com with your order number.

2. Returns

  • We accept returns only within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Return pickups are arranged via Shiprocket’s reverse logistics workflow.
  • Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

3. Return Process

  • After you raise a return request, our team will review it and confirm eligibility.
  • Once approved, Shiprocket will schedule a courier pickup and share tracking details.
  • Ensure the product is securely packed and in its original condition at pickup time.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product.
  • The refund may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account after approval.
  • If a returned item fails quality check, the refund may be declined or adjusted accordingly.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are processed as a new order after return approval.
  • Return the original item within 24 hours to be eligible for an exchange.
  • Once the return is accepted, the replacement order will be initiated.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned after 24 hours of delivery are not eligible.
  • Used, damaged, or missing-tag items cannot be returned.
  • Gift vouchers, clearance, or final sale products are excluded.

7. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our end.
  • Return pickup costs will be borne by the customer unless it’s a company fault.
  • All logistics and tracking are managed through Shiprocket.
