  • We have partnered with Shiprocket, India’s leading logistics aggregator, collaborating with reputed courier services including Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, and XpressBees to ensure reliable nationwide coverage.

2. Dispatch Timeline

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation. During festive seasons, sales, or high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Estimated Delivery Timelines:
  • • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
  • • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days
  • (These are approximate timelines; actual delivery may vary depending on courier efficiency and local conditions.)

3. Shipping Charges

  • All orders are shipped free of cost across India through our trusted logistics partner, Shiprocket.
  • In rare cases where remote-area delivery charges apply, our team will inform you prior to dispatch for confirmation.

4. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS. You can monitor the shipment status in real time through the provided Shiprocket link.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the courier will attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to our warehouse.
  • Re-shipping may incur additional charges, depending on location.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If your parcel appears damaged, tampered, or open upon delivery:
  • • Do not accept the package from the courier.
  • • Take clear photos and contact us immediately at info@idhufashions.com within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.
  • We will promptly investigate and offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, Idhu ships only within India, but we’re working on expanding our reach to serve international customers soon.

8. Shipping Responsibility

  • Once dispatched, your parcel is under the custody of the courier service. However, we will fully assist in tracking and resolving any courier-related concerns.
